To add operations you should use the add operations page of the logbook. The design of the form and the drop down lists that are displayed to you depend on your specialty, grade and 'my preferences' settings.
Trainee and trainer supervision codes are different, you will only be offered supervision codes that are matched to your grade. The supervision code descriptions given here have been agreed by JCST
All users can browse, edit and delete operations in the browse operations section. The section also allows you to search, apply filters, detect duplicate records and download an excel file with your data.
Validation (trainees only) can be carried out either electronically or by producing a paper copy that needs to be signed. Different specialties have different approaches to validation.
